DMCA / COPYRIGHT POLICY

LyraQ, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the LyraQ platform to do the same.

If you believe that content available on or through LyraQ infringes a copyright that you own or are authorized to enforce, you may submit a written notification to LyraQ’s Designated Copyright Agent.

DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements

To submit a copyright infringement notice, please provide:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of those works.

  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, together with information reasonably sufficient to allow LyraQ to locate the material, such as the specific song, profile, or URL.

  4. Information reasonably sufficient to allow LyraQ to contact you, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  6. A statement that the information in your notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, LyraQ may remove or disable access to the material identified in the notice and take other appropriate action consistent with applicable law.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content you uploaded was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to LyraQ’s Designated Copyright Agent in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

A valid counter-notification must include the information required by applicable law, including your physical or electronic signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction and service-of-process requirements applicable under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Repeat Infringer Policy

LyraQ maintains a policy providing for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users who are repeat copyright infringers. LyraQ may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate the intellectual property rights of others.

Misrepresentations

Please be aware that knowingly making material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in liability under applicable law.
