1. About LyraQ
LyraQ is an online music discovery platform where independent songwriters can upload original music, lyrics, and demos for streaming and discovery.
LyraQ is not a music publisher, record label, or performing rights organization.
2. Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of every song, lyric, recording, and other content you upload.
Uploading content to LyraQ does not transfer ownership to LyraQ.
You simply grant LyraQ a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

Stream your music

Display lyrics

Display artwork

Promote your songs inside the LyraQ platform
This license ends when your content is permanently removed from LyraQ.
3. Original Content
By uploading content you certify that:

You own the content, or

You have permission from every copyright owner to upload it.
You may not upload:

Copyrighted songs you do not own

Commercial recordings owned by others

Infringing material

Illegal content

Hate speech
-
Pornographic material
LyraQ reserves the right to remove content at any time.
4. AI-Assisted Demos
LyraQ welcomes AI-assisted music demos.
Many modern songwriters use AI production tools during the demo process.
However, uploaders must own or have the legal rights to every song submitted.
5. Streaming
Music on LyraQ is provided for streaming only unless the songwriter specifically authorizes downloads elsewhere.
Users may not:

Re-upload
any content without permission from the copyright owner.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for:

Accounts may be suspended for abuse or violation of these Terms.
7. Subscription
Certain features require a paid subscription.
Subscription pricing is displayed before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
8. Termination
LyraQ may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Users may delete their accounts at any time.
9. Disclaimer
LyraQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that every upload will remain available forever.
10. Limitation of Liability
LyraQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
